1. Introduction

Welcome to Nibsol (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our Services.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan, using the English language in accordance with the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the Pakistan Arbitration Association then in effect.

7. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and us relating to the Services.

Waiver: No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and of no effect.
